In the unlikely event that the item(s) ordered is damaged, please DO NOT accept the item(s) and contact us immediately via telephone or email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your item is lost during transit, you will be notified of this development as soon as we become aware of it. Upon such notification, we will proceed immediately to rectify this issue.
